The third commission meeting, under the Turkish Presidency was held in Doha, Qatar from 9th to 12th of April, 2018.
The main theme, “Prevention of Terrorist Attacks in Public Spaces” was discussed in the perspective of new technologies, logistics and equipment that are being used or have been developed by the Members. Within this context the efficient use of new technologies and close cooperation among the countries which play a significant role to prevent terrorist attacks were also highlighted.
Furthermore, the admission processes of new candidates, challenges due to the enlargement of FIEP Association, cancellation of the associate membership, development of FIEP official website and some cooperation projects were approached.
